RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Products denoted as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange, credit or refunds. Price adjustments will not be provided to previous orders.  In particular, personal protective equipment, face coverings, and masks are all FINAL SALE ONLY and are not returnable.

NON-CONFORMING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:  Any claim for non-conforming or defective goods must be notified to Medmoda in writing by email to customerservice@medmodabrand.com within 5-days of customer’s receipt of said goods providing a detailed description and photographs of the goods that are claimed to be non-conforming or defective. If Medmoda determines the goods may be returned, customer will be instructed to return the items with the order number, invoice and shipping papers in their original shipping carton properly sealed, so long as all remaining individual product units are unopened and undamaged.  ITEMS APPROVED FOR RETURN MAY BE EXCHANGED FOR LIKE-KIND ITEMS ONLY. If customer fails to notify Medmoda within 5-days of receiving the goods, the order is a final sale and is not returnable.
